What is Greensbook?
Greensbook is a private pick'em game for golf groups. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture URL provided via Google or Apple sign-in. The picture itself is hosted by Google or Apple; we store only a link to it for display in the app.
- Game activity: Events you join, picks you make, and scores you enter within the app.
- Subscription status: Whether you have an active host subscription, managed via Apple, Google, or Stripe. Payment card details are handled by those providers and never stored by us.
- Push notifications: If you enable push, we store the device push token issued by Apple in order to deliver notifications about your events.
- Technical data: Anonymous, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) and basic server logs (IP address, browser type) for security, performance, and debugging purposes.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate the Greensbook service: authenticating your identity, displaying your game activity to other event participants, and maintaining the integrity of the platform.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your game activity is visible only to other members of events you have joined.
Data Retention
Your account and game data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
